Sound Bath & Painting by Candlelight
experience We will start with 20-25 minutes of a beautiful sound bath followed by creating two alcohol ink paintings by candle light. This event is hosted in the Uncommon Redesigns Art Studio. We will not be sitting on the floor for that reason. Dress comfortable. You will leave at peace with beautiful art you created, that you can frame and hang in your home. About Sound meditation: Supported by the vibrational frequencies of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, drum, rattles, bells, voice/mantra, sound healing is a subtle body healing practice which activates vagal toning and parasympathetic activation of the nervous system promoting relaxation and wellbeing. Sound Baths are a listening meditation and a receiving practice, and will be offered in tandem with energy work. Sessions are accessible to all!
