Sedona Soul Session - a journey to the Heart
experience This soulful time together is "a sacred pause" -a moment for opening, healing and listening to your heart. We will meet in an oasis for Heart & Soul. We will meet up among the trees in a lovely backyard stone circle. After a little tune in, I will invite you to lay down, breathe and just relax. We will open sacred space, and then you'll receive healing and prescence with your life and soul's path. There may be weaving in some drumming, sounds and sacred stones, depending on what's guided forth. We will have some space for sharing the experience afterwards. After the soul session I want to invite you to hike up the mountain nearby, the "Heart of Sedona". If you have the time and energy this will be a beautiful way to deeper integrate our soulful time together. You are also invited to bring your heart's prayer to the mountain top. It's a very potent place for prayer and manifestation.
