Sacred Cacao Circle w/ Guided Meditation

Join me and take a journey back to your heart in a unique Denver experience like no other! For thousands of years the ancient Maya, Olmec and Aztec civilizations used cacao as a way to connect physically and spiritually back to each other and back to their hearts. A Maya legend tells of when there is an imbalance between Humans and their activity and Earth, Cacao comes from the rainforest to remind people of their hearts and return the Earth to a state of harmony. For this experience we will meet at Cheesman Park (we will be outside and socially distanced). Here I will start the experience by giving you the history of Cheesman Park and explaining the difference between Ceremonial Cacao vs. regular chocolate. Next we will prepare for the ceremony by sitting in a circle on our yoga mats. After a spiritual, elemental, and cosmic invocation, we will drink our cacao together (A sacred cup of hot chocolate). I will then lead you through an invigorating breath work session combined with a guided meditation that will ignite you into your truth. On this 1.5 hour journey you will experience first hand the heart opening magic of cacao. No experience is necessary. A Yoga mat and ceremonial cacao drink will be provided. The cacao drink is vegan.
