Learn to surf at a soft sand beach in Bridgehampton
experience We provide a surfing experience at Scott Cameron beach 425 Dune Rd, Bridgehampton, NY 11932. Learning boards are supplied. We will work together to get you or your group up and riding waves likely on the first day. Lessons are an hour and fifteen minutes with a solid hour of water time. We will spend a few brief moments on the beach making some adjustments and working on fundamentals before we head into the surf. You will have an instructor next to you the entire time helping with board control, wave selection, takeoff angle and all the other variables involved with successfully catching and riding waves. Water temperatures are in the mid to high 60’s for mid July and you might want to bring a wetsuit of some kind if you get cold easily. I have been surfing for most of my 30 something years on the planet and it has brought me so many wonderful moments. I hope for the privilege to introduce you or your group to our surf scene on the South Shore of Long Islands East End.
